  • A private intelligence product for subscribers

IS NOT:

  • An advisory service creating fiduciary duties
  • Investment or legal advice
  • A government contractor or classified information handler

Editorial Independence: We maintain complete independence from defence contractors, governments, and commercial sponsors. We have and will refuse revenue sources that attempt editorial influence.

2. Zero Warranty & Absolute Risk Allocation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Your Absolute Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, and all applicable export controls
  • NOT use this information for weapons development, proliferation, or terrorism

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless:

  • Trends91 Intelligence OÜ (legal entity)
  • All infrastructure providers

From ANY AND ALL Claims, Including:

  • Legal proceedings, investigations, enforcement actions
  • Third-party claims (defamation, IP, privacy)
  • Government demands (subpoenas, warrants, seizures)
  • Consequences of your use/misuse of our content

Special Provision: This indemnification survives termination and applies regardless of fault. “To the fullest extent permitted by law.”

5. Jurisdictional Immunity & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: International legal principles prioritizing free expression and privacy

Dispute Resolution:

  • Mandatory 30-day negotiation via contact@trends91.com
  • Then binding arbitration under UNCITRAL rules
  • No court jurisdiction for content disputes
  • Class action waiver (individual claims only)
  • 1-year statute of limitations (claims expire after 12 months)

Anti-SLAPP: We treat lawsuits aimed at suppressing legal analysis as Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation and will pursue damages against filers.
