By subscribing, you:
- Acknowledge transacting with an Estonian entity under international law
- Waive claims that any single jurisdiction’s laws supersede these Terms
- Certify you are not a sanctioned person under US, EU, or UN regimes

3. License & Ironclad Restrictions
Permitted: Internal research use only
Absolutely Prohibited:
- Sharing credentials (device fingerprinting enforced)
- Systematic scraping or bulk downloading
- Reselling or creating derivative products
- Use for export control violations or terrorism
Violation Consequence: Immediate termination, forfeiture of fees, referral to law enforcement if appropriate.
4. Comprehensive Indemnification (With Carve-Outs)
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless:
- Rem Archi (operator)
- Trends91 Intelligence OÜ (entity)
- All infrastructure providers
From ALL Claims: To the fullest extent permitted by law, including government actions, third-party claims, and consequences of your use
Critical Carve-Out: Does not apply to our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
5. Limitation of Liability: Absolute Cap
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Maximum liability: €100 or fees paid in prior 12 months
- No liability for: Strategic losses, financial losses, government investigations, export control violations, reputational harm
Applies even if we were negligent. This is your sole risk.
6. Jurisdictional Protection & Legal Warfare
Governing Law: International principles favoring free expression
Dispute Resolution:
- Mandatory 30-day negotiation via contact@trends91.com
- Then binding arbitration under UNCITRAL rules (Dublin)
- Class action waiver (individual claims only)
- 1-year statute of limitations (claims expire after 12 months)
Anti-Gag Provision: If legally prohibited from notifying you, we will publish a cryptic transparency report.
7. Content Modification & Takedown Resistance
Right to Modify: We may modify/remove content at any time.
Takedown Resistance: We challenge all removal demands through:
- Jurisdictional challenges
- Substantive legal defenses
- Public transparency about pressure
